Dog Boarding

Our boarding facilities are fully equipped to handle dogs of all shapes and sizes. Our facility offers indoor air conditioned runs with connecting outdoor units. These units are approximately 5 feet wide and with indoor/outdoor connecting units. We provide a pet transportation service too, so we can pick up and deliver your dog from around the Klang Valley region.

Boarding Rate

Boarding charges include:

• Boarding fee includes daily exercise - no extra cost
• Discounts for long term stays & multiple dogs
• All boarding for 7 days or longer will receive a complimentary bath before departure
• We have a separate room for older or special needs dogs (Call for prices)
• A three day minimum stay is required during peak boarding periods
• Boarding charges include exercise every day

Note: There is an additional charge of RM15 per dog on all major public holidays & peak seasons boarding

If you are wishing to book in your dog over a peak period we suggest you book early. We can be fully booked at least 3 months prior to boarding especially during peak holiday seasons. Any dog being boarded over peak periods will need to have a deposit paid to hold their spot. However if the booking is cancelled at least 14 working days prior to their stay it is fully refundable. 

Boarding Policies

1. The minimum age for boarding is 3 months for dogs
2. Vaccinations must be current at the time of check-in
3. Payment for the full boarding stay will be taken on the admission of boarding
4. Cash is an acceptable form of payment or instant online direct debit
5. Charges are made per 24 hour period, therefore if your dog stays for more than a 24 hour period there will be subsequent charges
6. If you need to organize for your dog to stay beyond the original discharge date you must provide payment on the request of an extension
7. Any dog entering the kennel with fleas and/or ticks will be charged in addition to the cost of the bath and dip which will be added to the boarding bill
8. We will not accept an ill dog for boarding or a dog that has been boarded elsewhere in the past two weeks- due to incubation of infection
9. Females in season only taken by prior arrangement
10. All customers are required to complete a boarding agreement which we hold on file
11. A three day minimum stay is required for all bookings over any long weekend / statutory holiday
12. Discounts are available for stays longer than four weeks or for family groups of two pets or more.

Public Holidays times vary and will be advised upon booking.

Boarding Rates are on a daily basis and are charged from first day of stay. There is no charge for the final day if your dog is collected before 12pm.

Rates are subject to change based on your canine's temperament. This is assessed during your meet & greet appointment
